Drinks all around!!!

This was a super fun order.  A friend of mine had her 2nd annual 39th birthday party and asked me to make the sweets!  We decided on a small individual cake for her and cupcakes for the rest of the guests.  The sculpted "Martini" cake was a vanilla sponge cake with strawberry mousse filling and champagne buttercream icing.   The olive was made out of fondant.

I also made two dozen pina colada cupcakes with pineapple, coconut buttercream icing and two dozen margarita cupcakes with tequila lime cream cheese icing.  YUM!!!
